A new digital home (and a welcome to our table)
There are things that should never change, because they represent the innermost soul of our craft: the reassuring weight of a golden fork in your hand, the enveloping aroma of butter meeting freshly drained hot pasta, and that quiet, elegant buzz that fills an international room when the evening takes just the right turn.
These are details that have defined our identity for over a century, and that we continue to safeguard every single evening.
Other things, however, deserve a new look every now and then—one that tells the story of tradition through the eyes of the present.
Over the past few months, we have been working quietly behind the scenes and away from the stoves—reorganizing our ideas, revisiting our archives, and transforming a fundamental piece of our history into a format you can browse and explore from wherever you are in the world. And so, the new Alfredo alla Scrofa website was born..
