Our Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is produced in the heart of the Appennins, near Reggio Emilia at 900 m above sea level. The high quality milk raised with masterful love on small dairy farms, produces a cheese that is uniquely sweet and velvety.
2024 was an important year for the restaurant. Not only Alfredo celebrated its 110 years of hospitality, we also completed the digital conversion of the Alfredo's incredibly precious historical archives: Over 200 autograph books and tousands of pictures that capture the epic story of this memorable venue.
