Today, this extraordinary documentary and human legacy achieves an institutional recognition of invaluable importance: through decree no. 7 of March 20, 2026, the Regional Commission for Cultural Heritage of Lazio officially declared the restaurant's Archive to be of \u201cparticularly important historical interest.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside these are timeless symbols, such as the legendary golden cutlery\u2014a fork and spoon\u2014presented in the 1920s by Hollywood silent film stars Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks as a token of gratitude after tasting the historic Fettuccine Alfredo.<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
